The Carleton University Simulator Project (CUSP)

The Carleton University Simulator Project (CUSP) was introduced in the 2002/2003 academic year as a new innovative capstone project with the aim to expose students to the latest in simulator technology.

The Carleton University Simulator Project (CUSP) provided Mr. Spooner with the opportunity to gain experience directing and motivating project teams.  While working with a group of more than thirty (30) individuals, as the Integration Lead, Mr. Spooner learned to facilitate integrated productivity associated with the design and manufacture of a full-scale, multiple degree-of-freedom, motion simulator platform. Moreover, he was responsible for coordinating and overseeing the design, development and manufacturing process commensurate with this project.
